Pelvic Bowl
Healing Sessions
There is so much information and energy stored in the pelvic bowl.
It is truly the gateway to accessing your Sacred Terrain.
As we go through life, our feelings are so often not heard or honored, so they are ignored or “stuffed” inside the bowl. I’ve seen everything from traumatic events to mother difficulties to birth traumas to the mean stuff the mean girls said to us in high school to much more. All of these things hold us back. They cause us to create stories that keep us small and don’t allow us
to align with our intuition and the most authentic versions of ourselves.
And, Pelvic Bowl Healing is not just for clearing, it’s for activating. Most women experience increased energy, more satisfaction in their intimate relationships, greater confidence, and an elevation in mood.
Who doesn’t want all of that?
The Sacred Terrain is the home of my online Pelvic Bowl Healing Sessions.
I help women release whatever is stuck in the bowl that’s holding them back and help them awaken to their true inner power and creativity, so they can evolve into the most dynamic versions of themselves.
During an online session, we use the techniques of Holistic Pelvic Energy™, which include breathwork and guided visualization to explore your pelvic bowl, clear anything that’s ready to be cleared, and help connect you to your inner power. Great healing is possible during online sessions.
If you live in Portland, you can schedule an in-person session at my clinic. Many sessions are covered by insurance. For more information, please visit the clinic main scheduling page.
During an in-person visit, I combine the techniques of Holistic Pelvic Care™ (an intra-vaginal massage and breathwork therapy) and Holistic Pelvic Energy™ (energy healing for the pelvic bowl) with my deep intuitive skills and years of work with empowering women.
*Holistic Pelvic Care™ and Holistic Pelvic Energy™ were created and taught to me by my teacher Tami Lynn Kent.
After 3 sessions with Jen, I feel lighter, happier, and more connected to myself, my womanhood, my sexuality, and my body.
